Every repair starts with testing and inspection. Desktop diagnostics are a flat $60; laptop diagnostics are $70. You receive a clear explanation of the problem and a repair recommendation before approving any work. Diagnostic fees are credited toward approved repairs.
When do I get a repair estimate?
After diagnostics, you receive a transparent labor quote based on the issue and repair complexity. Parts are quoted separately. Nothing is repaired without your approval — no hidden fees and no surprise charges.
Will I get updates during my repair?
Yes. You receive repair progress updates by text or phone — including when diagnostics are complete, when your quote is ready, when work begins, and when your device is ready for pickup.
