Diagnostic fees are collected before troubleshooting begins and are credited toward approved repairs when applicable. Final repair pricing depends on issue complexity, labor required, device condition, and replacement parts needed.

DN PC & Repairs may assist with data backup, transfer, or recovery when requested. While reasonable care is taken, data recovery is not guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to keep personal backups of important files.
